The Sit-Down
Leave with a written map of the leak, and the one system to build first, so you take more work without hiring yet.
$1,500 flat. Four slots a month.
I do four of these a month. When they are gone, next month.
Who it is for
This is for a San Diego (or service-area) owner-operator with steady revenue, who can pay cash or credit for the Sit-Down and the fix, where one bottleneck is eating jobs or hours, and who will take part in the Sit-Down themselves.
A San Diego business, run by its owner
Steady revenue, and cash or credit for the Sit-Down and the fix

You take part in the Sit-Down yourself
Who it is not for
Already turning your best work away
Looking for a free review, a tip list or a free trial
Sending a manager instead of coming yourself
What you get
The Shop Book, the Decision Log and the Roadmap: three working documents, built with you in the same week.
A written record of how the business actually runs, in your words, with your numbers, and every line sourced. The next time you need a plan, we start from this instead of starting from zero.
A list of what we chose, what we chose it over, and what we ruled out, with the reason next to each one so you are not guessing six months later.
A plan of what to build, in order. Next to each item is an estimate of what it is worth over a year, taken from your books. The first three also have a rough price to build them.
The terms
How you pay
$1,500
$750 to lock the slot. Balance on delivery.
The deposit is $750 before work starts, so I can lock the Sit-Down week. The balance is billed when I hand you the map. That is the $1,500 Sit-Down. There is no hourly add-on. If I cannot determine a way to save or earn at least $15,000 over the next year, the $750 booking fee comes back, the second $750 is never billed, and we go our separate ways. The guarantee has four limits. It covers only the parts of the business we actually looked at. Finding the money is the Sit-Down; capturing it is Build One Thing. It does not apply if you will not share your baseline numbers. It does not apply if you are already turning work away, which we check on the free 15-minute call before any money moves.
The cap
I do four of these a month. When they are gone, next month. That is so I can sit with you, not stack a waiting list.

Towards the build
100% of the $1,500 applies to Build One Thing if you start within 30 days of the Sit-Down. A $5,000 build is then $3,500. You do not pay the Sit-Down twice.
After the price
One page: what you do next week, taken from the Roadmap.
100% of the $1,500 applies to Build One Thing if you start within 30 days of the Sit-Down.
If the map does not make sense, we get on a call and I walk it until it does.
What happens
Before I ask a question, I have already pulled your Google listing and its category gaps, your review history by year, whether you show up for the searches that produce your jobs, what your own site claims, and the registrar record for your domain. You see all of it on one page before question one. Then I only ask what is in your head.
Your files
Your systems and your company information stay private. How I handle them is on this page, not buried in a contract.
One directory per client, on hardware I control. No shared pool across clients. Any pattern I describe across businesses is anonymized and aggregated, nothing quoted.
Nothing is recorded or stored until everyone present has said yes on the record, which in California means spoken consent by name at the start. If anyone declines, the session runs on notes.
The Shop Book and the Decision Log are yours and I keep them indefinitely, so the next roadmap costs an afternoon instead of starting over.
Raw recordings and transcripts come out of my working files at 90 days, or within 7 days if they ask sooner. Encrypted backups age out on their own cycle. The exact timeline goes in the paperwork they sign.
The invitation
The Sit-Down is locked after that call. $750 to lock the slot. Four a month.
